Digilent Pmod MTDS 2.8" Touchscreen Display

Digilent Pmod MTDS 2.8" Touchscreen Display features a powerful on-board PIC32MZ microcontroller that performs graphics processing tasks. This capacitive touchscreen has QVGA resolution (320×240) and two-finger multi-touch display system (MTDS). The Pmod MTDS allows for programming sleek designs and stylish user interfaces with very little code. The firmware handles timing dependent tasks, so integrating the display into existing projects is easy. 

 

The MTDS libraries include the ability to draw basic shapes and text and draw images stored on a microSD with binary transparency. The libraries also allow for drawing buttons, easily check if they have been pressed, and check the status and location of the user's two fingers. The libraries are supported in IDE and Xilinx SDK, and have been tested with Ardiuno, chipKIT, Arty-7, and Arty Z7 host boards.
