Does the price include customs duty fee?

No, it does not include customs duty fee, buyers need to pay by himself. If you are from Europe, you can buy from our Europe warehouse to avoid customs duty fee. Because we have paid customs duty fee from China to Europe, so the Europe warehouse price is higher than China. Hope you could understand.

How long is the shipping time?

If ship by DHL, it usually arrives within 1 week after ship out. If ship by EMS, usually takes about 10-15 days to arrive after ship out.

About shipping

Warranty and Return

All our items are tested 5 times to ensure working properly before shipping, and come with a 24 months Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.If the product has problem, we can replace new one within one month, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one month, repair for free, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one year, repair for free, buyers need to pay double way shipping fee.
