Payment:

1.SLASUKOR accept Alipay, Western Union, TT. ESCROW accepts major credit cards.  

2.Payment must be made within 3 days after ordering.

3.If you cannot check out immediately after the auction ends, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Shipment:

  We are not responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, remote surcharges or customs delays. If the package is returned to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we will not resend the package.  

  1.Global shipments (except for some sensitive countries) If the logistics shows that some places belong to remote areas, the buyer may need to pay extra

  2.The order will be processed in time after payment verification.   

  3.We only ship to the confirmed order address.  Your order address must match your shipping address.   

  4.The transportation time is provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays.Shipping time may vary, especially during holidays.  

  5.If you do not receive the item within the promised time, please let us know. We will follow up and contact you as soon as possible.   

  6.Due to the inventory status and time difference, we will choose the nearest warehouse for delivery.

Warranty:

  1.A 12-month limited warranty on defective items (excluding damage or misuse after receipt)

  2.A 3-month warranty on accessories (excluding man-made damage or installation errors) .

  3.Defective items must be  Report and return during the warranty period.  Please tell us what the defect is and give us your tracking number.   

  4.We do not repair or replace items whose warranty period has expired!  Ordering on AliExpress means that you agree to all the above policies!

Returns and refunds:

1. After receiving the goods, you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the goods.  If the item is in your hands for more than 7 days, it is deemed to have been used and we will not refund or replace it.  

2. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and must provide us with the tracking number, the specific reason for the return and the original purchase order.  

3. We will return your items in full after receiving the items in their original condition and packaging, as well as all components and accessories.  

4.The buyer is obliged to check the package carefully before signing for it. Once the package is signed for, it means that the item is intact.
